Integrating Birdeye with Lead Docket
Lead Docket is a cloud-based lead-tracking software designed to help law firms manage leads, referrals, tasks, contacts, and more on a centralized platform to improve overall conversion rates. Lead Docket enables managers to send automated emails and text messages with images to prospects and collect lead information with customizable intake forms. The platform allows organizations to compare leads within specific time periods, monitor business revenue by marketing source or attorney, and view leads on a map and other KPIs through reports. Law firms can track referrals, receive automated follow-up alerts, and manage data from various case management systems. Integration with third-party systems is supported, and administrators can track key metrics on a centralized dashboard. Once Lead Docket is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will pull client information from your CRM once daily.

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
In order to onboard the client, you need to gather these details from the lead docket:
1. Lead Docket Opportunities form ID
2. Lead Docket Opportunities form API key
3. Lead Docket Opportunities append note form API key
