Gmail, a comprehensive web-based email and communication tool developed by Google, is utilized by small and medium-sized accounting firms for business management purposes. Birdeye has integrated with Gmail, enabling seamless communication between the two platforms. This integration is valuable in enhancing customer interactions, collecting feedback, and monitoring online reviews.

Once the integration between Gmail and Birdeye is successful, the contacts will be created in the mail address book.

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357  Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
 

To complete the process, click on the ‘Settings’ icon. Click on the ‘Business Profile’ under the ‘Profile’ section. Click on the specific location for which you have set up the integration.

Once you click on a particular location, it will redirect you to that location. Now, scroll down to the ‘CRM Integrations’, and click on the ‘Authorize Gmail’ button to authorize the business.
 

You will be redirected to the Nylas login page. Enter your email and click ‘Log in.’

Click on your Gmail account to proceed further. 
 

Click ‘Allow.’

Upon successful integration, you will be redirected to your Birdeye account. Here, you can view the 'Authorized' status for Gmail.
