Integrating Birdeye with Fusion SD
Fusion SD is a software company focused on the automotive industry, offering CRM and LMS solutions tailored for car dealerships and OEMs. Its platform, known as AMS (Automotive Management System), supports various operations such as lead and sales management, customer service, business intelligence, and service recommendations. It automates the entire vehicle sales and service lifecycle, enhancing efficiency across all dealership roles. AMS is utilized by prestigious clients like Ferrari and McLaren and includes specialized tools like trade-in management and finance modules to improve performance and customer engagement.
Once Fusion SD is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will pull customer information from Fusion SD from the sales files. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
