Tracker is a practice management software (PMS) used by dentists to manage appointment schedules, invoices, treatment plans, billing, and more. Integrating Birdeye with Tracker will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis.

Once Tracker is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient information from Tracker once daily for the appointments completed on the previous day.

Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Tracker:

What is BE Connector?

The BE Connector application is a native Windows application for all businesses. The BE Connector application helps integrate the PMS and Birdeye system. This helps you automate the process of sending review requests to your patients after they complete an appointment.

The installation and setup process is driven by an intuitive wizard. To set up the integration, you first have to download and install the app on the machine that has access to the PMS. Once the integration is complete, the BE Connector will start pulling data from the PMS and send the data to the server for further processing. Review requests are sent as per the configurations and preferences set by the business on BE Connector.

How it works:

1. Install BE Connector on the Tracker Server
2. Integrate Tracker with BE Connector
3. BE Connector’s services will start pulling patient data from the integration and automatically send review requests, based on scheduling configuration defined

Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients and automatically sends them review requests.
