‘Reserve with Google’ is a feature on Google Business Profile that allows users to request appointments directly from their Google Business Profile on Search and Maps. 

With the option ‘Opting out of Reserve with Google’ users will not be able to make reservations or appointments directly through Google services like Google Search or Google Maps. When a business opts out, it indicates that they do not want users to be able to book services, make appointments, or reserve tables through the integrated ‘Reserve with Google’ feature. 

If you want to opt out of Reserve with Google, follow the steps below.

Step 1- Log in to the Birdeye dashboard. Click on the 'Settings' button at the top of the screen, then select 'Business' in the 'Business Info' tab.

Step 2- Select the location for which you want to opt out of the feature. After clicking the location, on the 'Manage Your Business Profile' screen, scroll down to the 'Additional Information' section.

Step 3- Click the 'Pencil' icon to edit.

Step 4- Toggle off the 'Reserve with Google' option, and then click on ‘Save’ to save the changes.
