How to Configure and Use the Review Marketing Agent

The Review Marketing Agent automatically identifies eligible reviews and shares them as social media posts to help boost brand visibility, reputation, and customer trust. You can configure which reviews qualify, how often reviews are shared, the number of reviews to share, the social channel, and whether posts use a text or image format.

Access the Review Marketing Agent

  1. Go to Reviews AI → Agents → Marketing agents.

  2. Switch to the Library tab.

  3. Hover over Review Marketing Agent and click Use agent.

Configure the Review Marketing Agent

Click the Review Marketing Agent node to open the Agent panel.

  1. In Name, modify the agent name as needed.

  2. Review the Goals configured for the agent.

  3. Under Locations, click the pencil icon to select the locations where you want the agent to run.

  4. Click Save.

Configure the trigger

The Trigger determines when the Review Marketing Agent starts evaluating reviews for social media sharing. By default, the trigger is set to New review received, which starts the workflow whenever a new review is received.

Click the New review received trigger to review or change its configuration.

You can choose from the following review triggers:

  • New review received — Starts the workflow when a new review is received.

  • Review updated — Starts the workflow when an existing review is updated.

  • New review is received or updated — Starts the workflow when a new review is received or an existing review is updated.

You can also add Trigger conditions to control which reviews qualify for the workflow. For example, the preconfigured trigger uses Review Rating and Review Text conditions to identify reviews suitable for social media sharing.

For Review Rating, you can select the required rating values. For example, the configured condition selects 5-star and Recommended (for Facebook only).

You can add additional conditions using Add condition. In the example, Review Text is set to is not blank, ensuring that the review contains text before the agent evaluates it.

The Preview section summarizes the conditions you've configured so you can verify that the trigger will run only for the intended reviews.

Click Save to save the trigger configuration.

  2. How many reviews do you want to share? — Specify the number of reviews to share. You can share up to 25 reviews for either daily or weekly publishing.

  3. Where do you want to share? — Select the social channel where the reviews should be shared.

  4. Select the post format — Choose Text or Image.

When you select Image as the post format, additional settings appear.

You can upload background images for the social posts and choose from the available layouts. When multiple layouts are selected, the reviews rotate between them.

A successful step is marked with a green check. You can expand or collapse each step to review the information generated during the test.

You can also expand View inputs to review the configuration values used during the test, such as the post format, maximum number of reviews to share, sharing frequency, and selected social channel.

Click Exit test when you finish reviewing the results.
