1. Select a Brand Identity
Click Create posts from media library, then select the Brand identity that you want the agent to use from the right panel.
The available locations are populated based on the selected Brand identity. Select and click Save.
2. Set the publishing frequency
Click Run on schedule to choose whether the agent should run:

Monthly
You can also specify the day and time when the agent should run. Click Save after selecting.
3. Choose how many posts to create

Specify how many posts the agent should create for each run.
The available configuration supports 2–7 posts.
4. Choose when posts should be planned

By default, posts are planned one week ahead, giving approvers or administrators time to review and edit the content before it is published.
5. Select social channels
Choose the social channels where you want the agent to create content.
The available publishing formats depend on the channel. For example, some channels support video while others support images only. The agent uses eligible media formats when generating posts across multiple channels.
6. Configure the type of content
You can configure the agent to generate:
Image posts
Video posts
Video recommendations can use videos available in your Media library. The agent can generate a complete video post, including the caption and video media, when the selected channel supports the format.
7. Customize captions
You can configure whether the generated posts should include:
Emojis
Hashtags
Specific hashtags
Business tokens

8. Select media sources

AI-generated images
You can also prioritize the order in which media sources are considered. If your Media library uses folders, you can configure the agent to look at specific folders rather than your entire Media library.
Click Save after configuring content settings.
Create posts from your Media Library
The Social Publishing Agent can scan your Media Library and generate social post themes based on your selected media and content criteria.
Click Generate media library post themes, then click the Expand icon.
In the User prompt section, click Scan media library.
Configure the media library scan by selecting the folders, media type, content keywords, business metadata you want the agent to use, and click Save.
The agent uses the configured media and criteria to generate relevant post themes and captions.
You can then click Run task to generate the post themes and use Preview to review how the generated posts will appear in your social calendar.
For each post theme
For each post theme is a loop that repeats the configured steps for every theme generated by Generate media library post themes.
In this workflow, the agent processes each theme and generates the corresponding channel-ready posts based on the configured social channels and content-generation settings.
Generate channel-ready posts
Open Generate channel-ready posts to review the task settings and the prompts used to generate posts for each social channel.
The agent generates posts based on the channels enabled for the workflow. Each channel has its own content-generation instructions, which determine how the post is written and formatted for that platform. For example, the prompts can define the tone, hook, length, CTA, and other channel-specific requirements.
You can review the prompts configured for each channel and update them as needed.
Once the task is configured, click Run task to generate the channel-ready posts based on the selected channels and their respective prompts.
Choose a publishing schedule
The final publishing settings allow you to determine how generated posts should be handled.
Click Set publishing schedule and then click the edit button.
You can configure the agent to:
Add posts as suggested posts
Schedule posts for publishing
Save generated posts as drafts
Save posts to the posts library
Let AI determine suitable posting times
Use manually defined posting slots
Run the agent and review generated posts
Click Run to run the agent.
The agent executes the tasks configured in the workflow, such as generating post themes and creating channel-ready posts based on the configured content settings and prompts.
After the run is complete:
Click any generated post to open its Post details and review the content, channel, media, and other details.
Save or publish the agent
After reviewing the generated posts and confirming that the workflow works as expected, click the dropdown next to Publish and select one of the following options:
Publish — Publish the agent and make the configured workflow active.
Save agent as draft — Save the agent without publishing it, so you can make additional changes before publishing.
