Brand Identity helps businesses create and manage a centralized brand profile within Birdeye. By entering a website URL, BirdAI automatically generates a brand profile that captures key information about your business, including your brand overview, target audience, market positioning, visual identity, and brand voice.
This profile acts as a single source of truth for AI-generated content across Birdeye products, helping maintain consistent messaging and branding across review responses, social posts, marketing campaigns, Search AI content, chatbots, and AI agents.
Brand Identity also includes brand assets such as logos, fonts, colors, media, and guardrails, allowing businesses to ensure all customer-facing content aligns with their brand standards.
Before You Begin
One Brand Identity per Location
A location can only be associated with one Brand Identity at a time. If a location is already assigned to another Brand Identity, it will appear unavailable during setup and cannot be selected again.
Default Brand Identity
Birdeye provides a Default Brand Identity that acts as a fallback profile. If a location does not have a custom Brand Identity assigned, Birdeye automatically uses the Default Brand Identity for AI-generated content.
Guardrails are industry-driven, not website-driven
Unlike the other tabs, Guardrails do not depend on the website you enter. They are derived from the business’s industry, so a healthcare or dental business will see compliance-oriented guardrails seeded automatically.
Navigate to Brand Identity
Go to Settings.
Under the BirdAI section, click Brand Identity.
Brand Identity Home Page
The Brand Identity home page displays all Brand Identities created within the account.
For each Brand Identity, you can view:
