How to Generate FAQs with the FAQ Page Agent

Overview

The FAQ Page Agent creates frequently asked questions based on the content and purpose of a webpage.

Provide a webpage URL, and the agent analyzes the page to identify the questions users are likely to ask. It then generates FAQ content that is aligned with the webpage and the associated Brand Identity.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • A configured FAQ agent. To learn more, see How to Configure the FAQ Page Agent.

  • A configured Brand Identity.

  • A live webpage URL that you want to create FAQs for.

  • Access to Content hub.

The FAQ agent uses the webpage content and Brand Identity context when generating FAQs and answers.

Go to Content Hub.

Select Create content.

Select FAQs.

Step 1: Enter the FAQ details

Enter an FAQ name.

Select the Brand Identity that should be used for the FAQ.

Select the FAQ Agent you want to use.

Select the locations where the FAQ should apply and click Continue.

Step 2: Enter the webpage URL

Step 3: Generate the FAQ

Click Generate.

Content hub displays a progress screen while the FAQ is being generated.

The generation process analyzes the Brand Identity and webpage content before generating the questions and answers.

Review the generated FAQ

Once generation is complete, the FAQ appears in the Content hub.

An FAQ contains:

  • A title

  • Questions

  • Answers

You can manually edit the generated content directly in Content Hub.

Improve the FAQ using Content Score

The FAQ also receives a Content score based on the same content-quality framework used for generated content.

Expand the Score breakdown sections such as Intent match, Search visibility, Content depth, Brand alignment, and Publishing readiness.

The score can identify opportunities such as:

  • Improve conversational or long-tail question variations

  • Improve vague phrases

  • Improve generic fillers with no specific data

  • Improve answers that lack specificity and brand POV

  • Improve answers that use superlative phrasing that could be challenged without supporting data, and more.

Click Fix this to improve the Content score.

After clicking Fix this, you will view the current version and the suggested fix with the score lift. After reviewing the content, click Apply fix.

After applying multiple fixes, you will note that your overall Content score improves along with the improvements in the Score breakdown.
