Overview
Google has applied an account-level restriction to the connected Google Business Profile due to imagery-related policy violations. While the restriction is active, posts containing images will be rejected, even if they are published through Birdeye.
Why This Happens
This issue occurs when Google has determined that the connected Google account has violated its imagery-related contribution policies. As a result, Google applies an account-level restriction that prevents posts containing images from being published. Google enforces this restriction and cannot be removed by Birdeye.
How to Resolve the Issue
Try publishing the post without any images to confirm that the restriction only affects image uploads.
Review Google's contribution policy to ensure all future images comply with its content guidelines.
If you believe the restriction was applied incorrectly, contact Google Support and request a review of the account.
After Google removes the account restriction, retry publishing posts with images from Birdeye.
If the Issue Persists
If posts containing images continue to be rejected after following the above steps, the account restriction is still active. Birdeye cannot override or remove Google-imposed penalties. You must wait for Google to lift the restriction or resolve the issue through Google Support.
