Why This Happens
This issue occurs when Birdeye cannot retrieve all Facebook Pages associated with the connected Facebook account. Common reasons include:
The Facebook account does not have Admin or Full Control access to all Pages.
Required permissions were not granted during the Facebook authorization process.
The Facebook connection or access token has become outdated.
The Pages are managed through Meta Business Manager with restricted access.
How to Resolve the Issue
Remove Birdeye's access from your Facebook account:
Go to Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations.
Locate the Reviews App (Birdeye) and remove its access.
Sign out of Facebook completely, then sign back in using the Facebook account that has Admin or Full Control access to the required Pages.
Reconnect Facebook in Birdeye and, when prompted:
Select All Pages instead of individual Pages.
Grant all requested permissions during the authorization flow.
After reconnecting, verify that all expected Facebook Pages are available for selection in Birdeye.
If the Issue Persists
If some Pages are still missing after reconnecting:
Verify that the Facebook account has the required permissions for every Page in Meta Business Manager.
Confirm that the missing Pages are active and visible in Facebook.
If the issue continues, contact Birdeye Support for further investigation.
Additional Information
Selecting All Pages during the Facebook OAuth flow helps ensure Birdeye can retrieve every Page you manage.
Removing the existing Facebook integration before reconnecting refreshes the permissions and often resolves missing Page issues.
If Pages are managed through Meta Business Manager, the user must also have the appropriate Business Manager permissions.
