How to Create Survey Custom Field Reports

Survey Custom Field Reports allow you to analyze survey NPS and survey response data based on contact properties (custom fields). By grouping survey results according to a selected contact property, you can identify trends across customer segments and gain deeper insights into survey performance.

For example, you can analyze survey results by custom fields such as Department, Region, Membership Type, Account Category, Visit Type, or other supported contact properties.

Using Survey Custom Field Reports, you can compare NPS scores and survey responses across different groups of contacts and better understand customer feedback.
