How to integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud- Single sign-on

Businesses can integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud, allowing employees to access their key tools from a single dashboard without signing in to multiple applications individually.

To integrate Birdeye with JumpCloud, ask your administrator to follow the steps below.
​

Go to the 'SSO Applications' tab in the JumpCloud console and select '+Add New Application'.

Select 'Custom Application' from the available options.
​


Enter the application name (Birdeye) in the text box and click 'Next.'
​


Select 'Manage Single Sign-On (SSO)', select 'Configure SSO with SAML', and click 'Next.'
​

Enter 'Birdeye' in the Display Label input box and click 'Save Application.'
​


​Click the Configure Application button to integrate the application with Birdeye.
​


​In the Single Sign-On Configuration section, click the Copy Metadata URL button to copy the metadata URL and provide it to the Birdeye Customer Support team.


​In the Single Sign-On Configuration section, enter the following IdP Entity ID: https://sso.jumpcloud.com
​

In the ACS URLs section, enter the following:

Click 'Save' to complete the setup.
​

NOTE:

Once the Metadata URL is received, the Birdeye Support Team will handle the setup. The changes may take up to an hour to take effect.
