Birdeye allows you to add a logo to your Birdeye business profile. As the review profiles are indexed on search engines, adding your company's logo to your review profile gives you more credibility across the web.
Follow these steps to customize your review request emails by uploading your company logo:
Go to ‘Settings’ and click 'Business.'
Select the desired business location.
In the business profile page, scroll down to the 'Media gallery' section and select the 'Click to add' option in the 'Logo' field.
Format supported: JPG or PNG
Size: 10KB to 5MB
Dimensions: 720 x 720 px
Click 'Upload photo,' then select the photo from the system and upload it.
Click 'Save' after uploading.
