How can I change my Birdeye password?

Updated today

Managing your Birdeye account is easy, as everything is housed inside a common dashboard. It is advised that you must frequently change your account password for safety purposes.

Birdeye Password Policy

To ensure stronger compliance and security, the dashboard password should be:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase

  • At least one lowercase

  • At least one digit number (0-9)

If the password is not compliant, an error message will be displayed.

Changing the Account Password

To change your password, log in to your Birdeye account and click on the user profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

From the drop-down menu, click on the 'Change password' option.

Enter your old password, followed by a new password. Confirm the new password by typing it again in the next text box. Then, click on the 'Save' button.

In case the password is not compliant, Birdeye will display an error message.
