After the admin has added you as a user to the Birdeye platform, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your Birdeye account.
To access the Birdeye Account, follow these steps:
Step 1- Click on URL ' https://birdeye.com/sign-in/.'
Step 2- Add your 'email ID' and 'temporary password' provided in the email.
Step 3- Reset your 'new password.'
Step 4- Click on ‘Sign in’.
After clicking the 'Sign In' button, you will be redirected to the Birdeye dashboard.
Sign in Using Single Sign-On (SSO) Options
If your Birdeye account is connected to Google, click ‘Sign in with Google’ to access your account.
Select your Google account to be automatically signed in and redirected to the Birdeye app homepage. You'll be prompted to enter your credentials first if you're not already signed into Google.
Similarly, click ‘Sign in with Facebook.’
Enter your Facebook credentials and click ‘Log in.’
