How can I uninstall the package from my Salesforce instance?
Birdeye allows you to uninstall the package from Salesforce.
UNINSTALL PACKAGE
- Click on the ‘Setup’ in the top right corner.  
- Search ‘Installed Packages’ in the search bar and click on it.  
- A new screen will appear, scroll down to the ‘BirdeyeCheckinApplication’ and click on the ‘Uninstall’ button.   
- On the new screen, scroll down and check the box to give permission. Click on the ‘Uninstall’ button.  
- After clicking on the uninstall option, you will view the dependency on the screen i.e. ‘Unable to uninstall package.’

TO REMOVE DEPENDENCY
- Click on the ‘Setup’ icon and search for the custom settings in the search bar and select ‘Custom Settings.’  
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Manage’ option besides ‘Checkin Config.’  
- Click on ‘Show Uninstall Button.’  
- Check in the box for ‘Show Uninstall Dependency.’  
- 
Click on the ‘Nine-dot’ icon on the top left and select ‘Account Settings.’  
- 
Click on the ‘Remove Uninstall Dependency.’  
-  A pop-up window will appear on the screen, click on the ‘Remove Dependency.’
