Birdeye gives you the ability to assign and edit the roles of different users. You can edit the role assigned to a user at any point in time. In addition, you have the ability to modify the current role of a user for all the locations it is added to. 

MANAGING USER ROLES

To begin, go to the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then navigate to the 'Account' section, and select 'Users.'

Navigate to the user whose role you wish to modify and hover over the corresponding three-dots icon. Now, click on the 'Manage roles' option.

On the next screen, you can change the user's role across all the locations. Click on the drop-down menu and select the role you want and click on the 'Save' button. This will change the user's current role.
