How do I manage user roles?
Birdeye makes it easy to assign and edit user roles. You can update a user’s role at any time and modify their current role across all locations they are assigned to.
Managing User Roles
Navigate to the 'Settings' tab, click 'Account', and select 'Users.'
Hover over the user whose role you want to update and click ‘Manage user.’
A drawer will open on the right side of your screen. Click on the user’s current role to view the available options. Select the preferred role, then click ‘Update’ to save the changes.
