How to Fix a Disconnected Location in my Google Business Profile (GBP) Account
If a Google Business Profile (GBP) listing is disconnected, Birdeye will display an error message prompting you to connect your GBP listing. Click ‘Fix them’ to connect.
You will view Google Business listings and their status, indicating that the location is unverified. To connect, sign in to your Google Business account and verify the location.
Hover over the preferred listings you want to connect and click ‘Reconnect.’ It will redirect you to the Google sign-in page to verify and connect your business profile.
NOTE:
Google 'unverifies' the listings in which it has not noticed any activity for at least six months. You will see a 'disconnected' status. To reconnect them again, you must delete these listings and get them 're-verified' by Google.
