After you customize Birdeye's Chatbot AI widget and install it on your business website, you can respond to your website visitors via Birdeye Inbox using your web or mobile devices.

This article walks you through the steps involved in embedding the Chatbot AI widget on your Joomla website.

Log in to your Birdeye account and copy the Chatbot AI widget code for your business website. To find the Chatbot AI widget code within your Birdeye account, read the help center article: How do I embed the 'Chatbot AI' widget on my business website?

Log in to your Joomla account and click on the 'Module Manager' option under the 'Extensions' drop-down menu.

When the 'Module Manager' window pops up, click on the 'New' button at the top left.

Now, click on the 'Custom HTML' option under the 'Select a Module Type' section.

On the next screen, navigate to the 'Positions' drop-down menu on the right and select the 'Footer' option.

Navigate to the 'Tools' drop-down menu on the 'Custom HTML' toolbar and click on the '<> Source code' button.

When the 'Source code' window pops up, paste the Chatbot AI widget code and click on the 'Ok' button.

Now, navigate to the 'Menu Assignment' tab under the 'Module Manager' and select the option you want from the 'Module Assignment' drop-down menu. You can embed Chatbot AI on all the pages, or on a few selected pages of your Joomla website and save the settings.
