After you customize Birdeye's Chatbot AI widget and install it on your business website, you can respond to your website visitors via Birdeye Inbox using your web or mobile devices.

This article walks you through the steps involved in embedding the Chatbot AI widget on your Squarespace website.

Log in to your Birdeye account and copy your Chatbot AI widget code. To find the Chatbot AI widget code for your business website, read the help center article: How do I embed the 'Chatbot AI' widget on my business website?

Squarespace recommends using the 'Code Injection' feature in 'Advanced settings'. To do this, log in to your Squarespace and navigate to the 'Advanced' section under the 'Settings' tab. Then click on the 'Code Injection' option. 

On the next screen, navigate to the 'Footer' box and paste the Chatbot AI widget code. The codes pasted here will be automatically injected before the closing '</body>' tag on every page of your website

When you click on the 'Save' button, the Chatbot AI widget will be embedded on your website.
