Birdeye allows businesses to conduct anonymous surveys using the survey link(s) for a different location(s). Responses submitted by the customers through the survey link will be captured under the respective locations within your account. 

TO DISTRIBUTE SURVEYS USING THE SURVEY LINK, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. On the Birdeye dashboard, click on 'Surveys.’
2. Navigate to the Survey you want to embed. 
3. Hover over the three-dots icon, click on ‘Actions’, and select ‘Distribute.’
4. Click on the ‘Survey link’ option.
5. From the ‘Select location’ drop-down menu, select your business location.
6. The URL will be generated under the 'Survey link' section. Click on the 'Copy link' button to copy the URL.
7. Share the link for your existing customer communication or use them as a QR code for in-store surveys or share it on social media platforms.
