How to Approve/Reject Social Posts on Mobile
Birdeye brings its powerful multi-step, multi-user Approval Workflow to the mobile app, making content approvals and rejections seamless. Now, social users can manage, review, and approve posts directly from their mobile devices, ensuring a smooth and efficient publishing process. Posts will only go live after receiving approval from designated approvers. Elevate your social media strategy with a streamlined approval process—now available anytime, anywhere within the Birdeye mobile app.
Approve/Reject Approval Workflows
The user will create a post and tap ‘Schedule post.’
Select a future date and time to schedule the post. Users can choose an existing approval workflow from the mobile app or set up a new approval team via the web application. Once the approvers are assigned, click ‘Schedule & Submit’ to initiate the approval process.
After the post is scheduled, it will appear in the calendar on the designated publication date, marked with an orange clock icon to indicate it is awaiting approval.
Approvers can tap on ‘All posts’ to view posts that need approvals.
Approvers will view an ‘Awaiting approval’ option, displaying the number of posts pending review. Tap on ‘Awaiting approval’ to proceed.
Tap on the post under the ‘Awaiting approval’ page.
Approvers will see ‘Approve’ and ‘Reject’ options for the post. Once approved, the post will be published on the scheduled date and time.
If the post is rejected, you will be required to add comments. You can provide reasons for rejection or suggest improvements, then click ‘Send and reject.’
After rejection, the user can view the rejected post by tapping 'All posts' at the top of the screen and selecting 'Rejected Posts.'
