How do I edit or delete published posts in Social?
Users can now edit and delete published posts, allowing them to make changes or remove posts even after they have been published from Birdeye. Additionally, users with partial location access can edit and delete posts for their specific locations without affecting published posts in other locations.
NOTE:
Edit capability is available only for selected platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn.

Edit or Delete Posts With Partial Owner Rights
A partial owner has limited access to the number of locations, unlike a full owner. For example, while the full owner has access to all locations, a partial owner might only have access to 3 to 4 locations or less than the total number of locations.
The partial owner can edit and delete posts for their specific locations without affecting published posts in other locations.
Edit or Delete Posts With Approvals
If the edited post was created with approvals, the edits must go through the same workflow.
