Which countries does Birdeye support?
Birdeye supports businesses in the following countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. What this means is, businesses in these countries can conveniently send out email and text review requests seamlessly from the Birdeye account.
COUNTRIES SUPPORTED FOR REVIEW REQUESTS VIA TEXT
Birdeye currently supports texts in the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. We will update this list as and when we add more countries to our repertoire. Using Birdeye, you also have the ability to send international texts to your customers.

Currently, Birdeye supports MMS review solicitation in the United States and Canada as phone carriers in these countries support MMS. Please note: MMS is not supported by phone carriers in Australia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom.

Customers can choose their timezone from within the Birdeye dashboard. The current default is PST. Users can pick from AKST, AST, ACST, AEST, AWST, CET, CT, ET, GTM, HAST, MT, NZST & PST.
You can choose the timezone from the ‘Settings’ tab in the ‘Account’ section.
Further, select the timezone for your account.
BIRDEYE TEXT DELIVERY TIME
To prevent inconvenience to the customers, Birdeye allows you to send texts between 8 am and 8 pm in your time zone. NOTE: In case a request is sent outside of these hours, texts will be sent on the next day between 8 am and 8 pm in your time zone.
For example, if your business is based in London, UK, your customers will receive a text between 8 am and 8 pm London time (GMT or BST). On the other hand, if your business is located in Atlanta, Georgia your customers will receive a text between 8 am and 8 pm Atlanta time (EST).
ENSURING THAT CUSTOMERS RECEIVE A REVIEW REQUEST TEXT
Consider the few things listed below while sending a text:
1. Make sure that the address (including your Zipcode and Country) provided in 'Settings'', under the location, within the 'Profile' tab is correct.
2. When you check in with your customers to send them review requests, make sure the phone number follows the format of your country.
Every attempt is made to assign you a phone number (to send out a text from the system) from your area code. Sometimes this is not possible, and we allot a phone number from a nearby area code.
