If you are facing issues in opening a hyperlink within a text, it can possibly be credited to a bug in the recent iOS versions (iOS 10.3.2 and above). Multiple users have reported (https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/76124) that if they receive a text with a "$" sign or the words "bucks" or "dollars" or "USD" next to a number then Apple renders subsequent links as unclickable. Eg., 'Hi, Hannah, leave a review for WebMakers Inc. and you could stand a chance to win $100 gift card. - https://goo.gl/TsjWAb';. 

The issue has been solely reported by Apple users, while the hyperlinks are working fine for Android users. The issue has also been reported to Apple, but before Apple comes out with a resolution, you can try a few simple things to get around the issue. 

• Avoid using the "$" sign in the message.
• Use a dash (-) directly after the price in the message.($10-)
