How do I add Amazon listing for review aggregation to my account? Where do I look for 'Variant' info to add?

Birdeye allows businesses to aggregate reviews from multiple sources across the internet. Unlike other review sites, Amazon is a unique review site where you have the ability to aggregate reviews for different product sizes of the same product. To add Amazon listing to review monitoring sites, follow the steps detailed below: 

Login to your Birdeye account, and click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail. Once on the 'Settings' page, hover over the 'Reviews' tab on the top panel, and from the drop-down menu, click on the 'Review sites' button.

You will now see all the review sites that are currently being monitored for your account. To add a new review site to monitoring, click on ‘Add Monitoring’.

In the new window, select 'Amazon' from the drop-down menu under ‘Source’.

Now go ahead and copy and add the URL of the product profile page on Amazon in the URL field in your Birdeye dashboard.

It is easy to identify the Amazon product profile page. The page showcases the product with its description.

The other piece of information that you can add is 'Variant'. Several sellers on Amazon sell different variations of the product within the same product profile. If you want to aggregate reviews of a select variant only and not all the variants, you can add this optional information while setting up the aggregation. 

Let's discuss this with an example: Below is a typical Amazon profile with three variants - 1 Pack, 2 Pack, and 3 Pack.

As you can see the page has 160 customer reviews for all variants put together. Let's say you want to aggregate reviews only for the '2 Pack' variant. The profile has only 52 reviews for '2 Pack' variant.

Now go ahead and add the correct URL and the size variant in the fields provided within your Birdeye account.

Once you have added the URL and the 'Variant' field, click on the 'Save' button. Now navigate to the 'Reviews' tab and select the source filter to display only 'Amazon' reviews. You will see that we would have only aggregated the 52 reviews pertaining to the selected variant.

Delete

NOTE

It may take a few minutes for the review to show up under the 'Reviews' tab after a review site is added to review monitoring.
