Kareo.com acquired Doctorbase in 2015. As a natural outcome, the public profiles and reviews of practitioners that were visible on Doctorbase.com are being migrated to Kareo.com. Remember your reviews are not going to be affected, they are just going to show up on Kareo.com as soon as this migration is complete. 

As a Birdeye customer, you may have added Doctorbase.com to your Birdeye dashboard to enable you to monitor reviews and also be informed of any new reviews that your patients may have written. Birdeye has added Kareo.com to the list of review sites that we support for aggregation. Remember to remove the Doctorbase.com URL from the monitoring sites after your Kareo.com profile is successfully added to monitoring and is aggregating reviews to avoid duplicate reviews from showing up in your dashboard.
