Understanding Birdeye alerts
Birdeye gives you to the flexibility to get alerts for new reviews, survey responses, or social mentions of the keywords you would be tracking via the 'Listening' module. Birdeye also gives you the ability to customize these alerts and receive only as many alerts as you want. You can even schedule these alerts as per your convenience.
To manage your alerts, hover over the user profile icon on the top right corner of your dashboard and click on the 'Notifications' option.
This opens a pop-up window which shows all the businesses associated with your account. A 'green tick' under the alert type shows the notification is enabled and a 'grey cross' shows the notification is disabled. Click on the 'Edit your notifications' button to edit the notification settings.
Select the business you want to edit the notifications for. You can select one or more businesses. If your account is associated with multiple businesses, use the 'Search' tab to find the business you want to edit the notifications for.
On the new page, you can edit the notification types: 'Review emails', 'Review texts', 'Social emails', 'Ticketing emails', 'Survey emails' and 'Webchat emails'. For 'Review emails', you can choose when to receive the notification.
You may choose 'Instantly', 'Daily' and 'Weekly' by clicking on the corresponding checkboxes. If you opt for 'Daily' alerts, you can schedule the alert time by clicking on the drop-down menu next to it. Similarly, you must choose the day and time in the case of 'Weekly' alerts.
