How will I know if my online listings are being fixed by another vendor?

If online listings for your business are already 'fixed' by Yext by you or by another vendor, you will see 'Listings Verified' status next to your listing on the 'Scan Listings' page. On the same page, an update will also appear on the top that states: 'You already have Powerlisting enabled for your business either through some reseller or by yourself only'.

If Yext or another vendor is already fixing listings for you, Birdeye will not be able to 'fix' it until such time that the powerlisting is released. In this scenario, whoever is controlling the Yext subscription will need to cancel the subscription and let Birdeye know. Once the subscription is canceled, Birdeye will be able to fix your online listings.

Next steps:  If you are not aware of who is fixing your listings, you will need to call Yext and ask them to release the name of the vendor. Once you have this information, reach out to the vendor and ask them to release your Yext powerlisting. Once the powerlisting is released send us a quick email at support@birdeye.com or call us at 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 and speak to a Birdeye technical support representative. Birdeye technical team member with thereafter go ahead and fix your online listings. 

Once listings are fixed, the listing status will change from 'Listings Verified' to 'In Progress' or ‘Live’ on the 'Scan Listings' page. It usually takes a couple of weeks for your listings to be updated with the most recent contact information.
