How do I verify and compare listings data across core listing sites and Birdeye (Listings Verifier)?
The Listings Verifier provides businesses with a field-by-field data comparison across core sites like Facebook, Google, Bing, and Apple versus the data in Birdeye. This side-by-side comparison enhances transparency, allowing brands to see where their information matches or differs across platforms. Whether at a location level or a site level for all locations under a business. Users can verify key business information fields and easily identify discrepancies to ensure consistency across their core listings.
Listings Verifier via Locations
Go to ‘Listings AI.’
The ‘Locations’ tab displays a list of locations. Click the desired location to explore the mismatch fields.
You can view the ‘Field match status’ section, which shows the number of mismatched fields. Hover over the number to view the specific names of the mismatched fields.
Click the number of fields mismatched to have a look at detailed information.
On top of the page, you will view the listing site name. You will also view the ‘Field’ name, the data present on Birdeye (Birdeye data) with respect to that field, the data present on the listing site (Bing data), and the Field match status - Mismatch or Match.
We notice that 'Phone number,' 'Hours of operation,' and 'Primary category' are the fields marked under the 'Mismatch' status.
In case, the data present on the Birdeye is inaccurate, you can go to Settings > Business > select the appropriate location > and update the data under ‘Manage your Business Profile.’
If the data on the listing site is inaccurate, click the ‘View listing’ icon next to the listing name. This will redirect you to the listing page, where you can update the data.
Click ‘Verify’ to run the verifier manually to compare the data present in real-time on the listing site versus the Birdeye business profile.
NOTE:
By default, the verifier runs up to 14 days after any field in the Birdeye Business Profile is updated, as some listings take up to 14 days to update the data in their sites. In addition, the verifier runs once a month so that any data updated on the listing site also reflects on the Birdeye verifier page.
Sync now—This can be used if the data present on Birdeye is accurate but not on listing sites. Click ‘Sync now’ to automatically update the data on listing sites.
NOTE:
Sync now immediately do not show the mismatch field as a match because the data that you synced will be in the queue as listings sites take their own time to reflect the synced data on their listings sites.

Navigate to the ‘Sites’ tab and click the listing site.
You will view the list of locations and ‘Field match status’ corresponding to it. Click the number of fields mismatched to view detailed information.
On this page, you can view field by field comparison and ‘Field match status.’ You can ‘Verify,’ ‘Sync now,’ ‘Download,’ ‘Email,’ and ‘Schedule’ the listings verifier report from here as well.
