How to map your Birdeye locations to the Apple Pages for Multi-location Accounts?

INTEGRATING APPLE BUSINESS CONNECT
To begin the Apple Business Connect integration, you need to set up an Apple Business Connect account and delegate Birdeye as a partner in your Apple Business Account. To learn more about it, refer to the article: Attract and engage Apple users with Apple Business Connect.
MAPPING THE LOCATIONS
The steps to map the locations are detailed below.
Click on the 'Settings' icon and select the 'Integrations' tab from the left navigation rail.
Click on the 'Apple Business Connect' option.
It will redirect you to the 'Location Mapping' page, where you can view all the locations that are mapped with the Apple locations.
To map the Apple location with the corresponding Birdeye location, click on the drop-down menu next to the desired Birdeye location.
The location will be displayed, allowing you to select it for mapping by clicking on it.
HANDY TIP: You can search using parts of your address to map the most appropriate page you find in the drop-down menu.
UNABLE TO FIND A UNIQUE LOCATION MATCH?
If you do not find any appropriate page in the drop-down menu to map your Birdeye location to the Apple page location, please go to the manage profile page of that location under the Business Info. Then, scroll to the 'Apple Business Connect' section and click on the edit or 'pencil' icon.
Next, navigate to the field labeled 'Brand name' and select the brand name that is most appropriate. Finally, save your changes.

After clicking, a pop-up will appear requesting permissions. Click 'Continue' to proceed with the mapping process.
After clicking continue, the mapping will be completed, and you will view that it has been successfully mapped as shown in the image below.
Now, click on the 'Filter' icon to access the filter section.
You can filter the locations by state, city, specific locations, and status.
REMOVE A MAPPED LOCATION
If you want to remove the mapping of a single location.
To remove the mapping of a location, hover over the three dots and click on the 'Remove mapping' option.
After clicking, a pop-up will appear requesting permissions. Click 'Remove mapping' to remove its removal.
After clicking, a toast message will appear on the screen that reads, 'Mapping removed successfully.'
If you want to remove the mapping of multiple locations.
Click on the 'Remove mapping' option beside the filter icon.
You can bulk remove the mapping by selecting the 'Select all' checkbox, or you can manually choose locations by checking the box next to each location.
Once selected, click on the 'Remove mapping' option.
A pop-up message will appear on the screen. Click 'Remove mapping', and the location will be unmapped.
VIEW MAPPED PAGE
To view the page of the mapped location, click on the highlighted tab.

BRAND MAPPING
Click on the 'Brand Mapping' tab; it will display all the Birdeye locations mapped with the 'Apple locations' for the selected brand.
You can filter the brand mapping by selecting the drop-down arrow next to 'All brands,' which will display locations mapped according to the brand associated with each location.
You can filter the mapped locations by simply clicking on the filter icon. This action will open the 'Filter by' section, allowing you to refine your preferences.
If you find that any location is unmapped, click on 'Map locations.' Follow the steps mentioned above to map the location first.
Once you have mapped the location, the brand name of that particular location will be displayed, indicating that the brand mapping is complete.
BRAND CONFIGURATION
Navigate to the 'Brand Configuration' section by clicking on it. Here, you can add a primary category, logo, and cover photo for the locations.
Click on the drop-down menu to select the primary category for the brand, Click on 'Upload photo' to add the logo and cover photo, respectively.
HANDY TIP: The logo and cover photo will be updated across all your Apple locations for the selected brand.
Please upload a logo and a cover photo, ensuring they adhere to the prescribed dimensions. Any logo or cover photo updated here will be applied across all associated locations for this brand. If there are multiple brands, there will be multiple sections for each brand.
