How to explore Agency-level Reports and Directories?
Quickly find accounts of direct and reseller businesses in one view with Agency Directories and get accurate reports of Adoption, Setup Status, ROI, and Products with Agency Reports. View a precise report of products & quantity deployed across the install base. View the reports most important to you with custom reporting - Choose columns & data fields of interest for your reports. Set and forget it by scheduling reports for Setup Status, Adoption, and ROI on autopilot.
Agency-level Reports
Go to the ‘Reports’ tab on the left navigation rail.
On the ‘Products’ section, view an accurate report of products & quantity deployed across all businesses.
Click the ‘Three-vertical dots' and select ‘Manage columns.’
You can customize the view here. ‘Select and unselect’ the products you want to view under the products section.
Hover over the ‘Product name,’ drag and drop to view the products in your preferred order, and click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
Click ‘Email.’
You can email the ‘Products Report’ to multiple users. Enter the name or email id under the recipients section to select the user. Once done, click ‘Send.’
Click ‘Download.’
Select the reports you want to download. You can select all or particular reports. Click ‘Download selected reports’ to download the report in the Excel format.
Here’s how the reports appear, categorized into five tabs - ‘Summary, Product, Setup, Adoption, and ROI.’ Navigate to the desired tabs to view the report for that particular tab.
NOTE:
After clicking on the ‘Three vertical dots’ - ‘Manage columns, Email, and Download’ features are applied to all the sections - Products, Setup status, Adoption, and ROI. These features work similarly in all the sections.
Go to ‘Setup status’ to explore the Setup status report.
You can quickly view the businesses that have and have not integrated social channels, 10 DLC status, Review automation, enabled landline texting, receptionist setup, review widget, etc, installed along with the business names and IDs.
View when the Setup status report was last updated and quickly access the search bar to look for a particular business setup status by entering the business name.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ and select ‘Manage columns.’
Customize the Setup status report view, ‘Select and unselect’ the setup list you want to view under the Setup status section. Hover over the ‘Category name,’ drag and drop to view the list in your preferred order, and click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
Click ‘Email’ to email the Setup status report and click ‘Download’ to download all (Products, Setup status, Adoption, and ROI) or a particular report.
Go to the ‘Adoption’ tab to view the Adoption reports.
Instantly view the following metrics under the Adoption tab.
- Accounts’ health score
- The number of contacts added
- Campaigns ran
- Review requests sent, delivered, opened, and reviews clicked
- Social posts published: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, X, and Youtube
- Survey requests sent
- Inbox messages sent
- The number of times the platform logged in
- Voicemail received, and more
The data displayed under the Adoption tab represents the time period for the last 30 days. You can view the time of data last updated and click the ‘Search’ icon to look for particular business health scores and other metrics.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ to ‘Manage columns,’ ‘Email’ and ‘Download’ the Adoption report.
Go to the ‘ROI’ tab to view the performance of the products enabled. Gauge how efficiently the products enabled are performing view metrics, such as
- Businesses generating 3+ reviews
- Listings fixed or not
- Receiving and replying to 10+ messages
- Total social followers count
- Total social impressions
- Aggregated social engagement rate
- >2 Social posts published
The data displayed under the ROI tab represents the time period for the last 30 days. You can view the time of data last updated and click the ‘Search’ icon to look for particular business ROI metrics.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ to ‘Manage columns,’ ‘Email,’ and ‘Download’ the ROI report.
Agency-level Directories
Go to the ‘Resellers’ tab on the left navigation rail to explore the ‘Reseller business view.’
Quickly view the ‘Reseller businesses’ along with the business name, ID, created by and on, and status. Click ‘Add reseller’ to add a new reseller. Click ‘All resellers’ to view all the reseller businesses. The number (20) represented next to the All resellers refers to the total number of reseller businesses you have. Click ‘Active’ to view the active resellers, and click ‘Inactive’ and ‘Demo’ to view the resellers under those categories.
Click the ‘Search’ icon to look for the particular reseller by entering the business name.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ and select ‘Download’ to download the resellers’ business names with business ID and other details in an Excel format.
Select ‘Manage columns’ to customize the view.
‘Select and unselect’ the categories you want to view under the Reseller business section. Hover over the ‘Category name,’ drag and drop to view the list in your preferred order, and click ‘Save’ to confirm the changes.
Click the ‘Filter’ icon. Click the ‘Status’ dropdown, select the business ‘Status,’ and click ‘Apply’ to view resellers from a particular status.
You can also custom-save filters. After you select ‘Status’ and click ‘Apply,’ you will view the ‘Save’ option in the top right corner. Click ‘Save.’
Provide the name to the filter and click ‘Save.’
Here’s where you can view the saved filters.
Hover the ‘Reseller’ name and click ‘Actions’ to ‘Edit,’ ‘Refresh monitoring,’ and ‘Delete’ the reseller.
Go to the ‘Businesses’ tab to view the businesses.
You can ‘Add business,’ click ‘Businesses’ to view all businesses and click ‘Active,’ ‘Inactive,’ and ‘Demo’ to view businesses that fall under those categories.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ to ‘Update business’, ‘Download,’ and ‘Manage columns.’
Click the 'Filter' icon and apply filters like 'Business,' 'Status,' 'Ratings,' and 'Product Enabled.' You can also save these filters in a manner similar to the method demonstrated above for the resellers' business.
Hover over the ‘Business’ name, click ‘Actions’ to ‘Edit,’ ‘Refresh monitoring,’ ‘Delete,’ and ‘Move’ the business under a different reseller.
Navigate to the ‘Locations’ tab to view business locations.
Click ‘Locations’ to view all locations. Click ‘Active,’ ‘Inactive,’ and ‘Demo’ to view locations that fall under those categories.
Click the ‘Three vertical dots’ to ‘Download’ the locations and ‘Manage columns.’
Click the ‘Filter’ icon to use and save the filters.
Hover over the ‘Location name', click ‘Actions’ to ‘Edit,’ ‘Refresh monitoring,’ ‘Change status to inactive/active,’ and ‘Delete’ the location.
