Integrating Birdeye with Zenu

Zenu is a user-friendly real estate software offering CRM, trust management, eMarketing, automation, and mobile agent features. It supports any device with a responsive interface and professional, mobile-friendly website designs. The CRM and Trust solution facilitates easy communication and sales trust management. eMarketing enables professional email campaigns, while automation reduces errors and maintains client relationships automatically.

Integrating Zenu with Birdeye will automate sending review requests to your customers daily.

Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your CRM using a predefined trigger. Here is the supported trigger for Zenu:

Zenu Property Sold Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer and vendor data based on the listed property sold.

Zenu Property Leased Trigger

This trigger is used to fetch customer and vendor data based on the listed property leased.

Contact Sync Trigger

Contact Sync trigger is used to sync all contacts created daily from CRM to Birdeye.

Birdeye Lead Trigger

This trigger is used to push lead details from Birdeye into CRM.

Steps to fetch Authentication ID, Authentication Token, and Office ID:

Here are the steps to follow to get the Authentication ID, Authentication Token, and Office ID:

You need to send an email to Zenu support to get all the details.

Reference - Email Template:

Hi Team,

Please generate the Authentication ID and Authentication Token for my account <<account name>>. Additionally, provide the Office ID for my account to set-up the integration of Zenu with Birdeye. 

Please also enable the Vendor, Purchaser, and Renter details in the Listing APIs.

IMPORTANT:

We need to enable the Vendor, Purchaser, and Renter details in the Listing APIs. This should be mentioned in the same email when requesting the Authentication ID and Authentication Token. You need to have these enabled in your account for the integration to work.

Alternative steps to get the Office ID:

1. Log in to your Zenu account using your login credentials. Click 'Sign In.

2. Scroll down to the 'Users & Permissions' tab in the left navigation bar and click on it.

3. You will see a list of all team members. Click on any team member to open their profile details.

4. You will view the details of the member. 

5. Scroll down to the 'Contact Details' section. Here, you will find the portal enquiry email address, such as bhanu-1232-25096@leads.zenu.com.au. The number '1232' in this email represents the office ID for this account.
