Integrating Birdeye with NEOS
NEOS, developed by Assembly Software, is a cloud-based legal case management platform combining the best features of Needles and Trialworks. It streamlines workflows with automation, enhances collaboration, and provides insights into firm performance. Key features include document management, task automation, client communication, calendar integration, and advanced reporting. Integrating NEOS with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to clients on a daily basis.
Once NEOS is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye will pull client information from NEOS once daily from the cases that were closed on the previous day. Birdeye collects your client's first name, last name, email address, and phone number and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from your PMS using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection. Here are the supported triggers for NEOS:

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the Birdeye technical support team sets up the initial integration, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
STEPS TO CREATE A NEW CASE
Log in to the Assembly NEOS portal using your company ID, username/email and password.
Click on 'Browse Cases' to create a new matter.
Click '+New Case' to create a new case.
Select the case type and save it to begin.
Click on '+New Party.'
Fill in all the necessary fields.
Click 'Save' to create the party.
Fill in all the case details, select 'Staff 1', and save it.
The case will now be displayed on the dashboard.
STEPS TO CLOSE A CASE
Open the case by clicking on the case.
Click on the calendar icon to select a closing date for the case.
Save the changes to close the case.
The case is now closed.
