Integrating Birdeye with STORIS
STORIS provides integrated, omnichannel retail software solutions for the furniture, bedding, appliance, and electronics industries. The company offers various solutions for Point of Sale (POS), customer service, inventory control, merchandising, accounting, finance, business intelligence, mobile, and e-commerce. STORIS is available on the cloud for small and medium-sized businesses and installed locally on the servers for enterprise clients.
Once Birdeye is integrated with STORIS, Birdeye will automatically fetch customer information from STORIS. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of your customers and automatically sends them review requests. These requests are scheduled to go out at 10-minute intervals. However, you have the flexibility to adjust the time intervals by contacting STORIS customer support at 1-800-355-0301 or submit a support case by logging into your STORIS client portal.
To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. To successfully set up the integration with STORIS, you should be on the STORIS version 9.8 or higher, U2 level 8.2.1.
You also have the ability to fetch data from your CRM using some predefined triggers. You can choose any combination from the list of available triggers and inform the support team about your selection.
Triggers used for STORIS versions:
- Version 9.9 and above - Creation of Written Sale or Delivery or Delay on Delivery (x days)
- Version 9.8 - Creation of Written Sale
