Integrating Birdeye with CareCloud
CareCloud is an electronic health records (EHR) solution used by medical practitioners to manage patient records. CareCloud offers features such as real-time patient flows, rich patient summaries, built-in templates, and clinical documentation. Integrating CareCloud with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to the patients on a daily basis.
Once integrated with CareCloud, Birdeye will pull patient information from CareCloud every day. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye account.
Birdeye allows you to fetch data from CareCloud using some predefined triggers. Here is the supported trigger for CareCloud:

To set up the initial part of the integration with Birdeye, please reach out to the Birdeye technical support team @ 1-800-561-3357 Ext. 3 or email them at - support@birdeye.com. After the initial integration is set up by the Birdeye technical support team, you can log in to your Birdeye account to complete the integration process.
To complete the process, click on the 'Settings' tab located on the left navigation rail of your Birdeye dashboard. On the bottom of the 'Settings' page, click on the 'Authorize CareCloud' button under the CRM integrations header.
You will be redirected to the CareCloud login screen. Enter your login credentials and click on the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom.
On the next screen, you need to grant Birdeye access to your data on CareCloud. Click on the ‘Allow’ button to proceed.
Now, you will be redirected to the Birdeye account. You will be able to view an ‘Authorized’ status next to CareCloud.
