Birdeye allows businesses to automatically send out review requests to its customers. If you have a Customer Relationship Management software and your Birdeye rep has confirmed that we can integrate with it using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol), you will need your unique SFTP credentials to facilitate this automation. 

Here are the steps you need to follow to obtain your unique SFTP credentials:

Click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, go to the 'Integrations' tab, and click on the 'API' option.

Go to the 'SFTP Credentials' section and click on the blue button labeled 'Generate SFTP credentials.'

Once you click on the button labeled 'Generate SFTP credentials', it will reveal all the information that you will need to use along with the documentation to complete the review request automation process.

Enter a valid email address in the ‘Send alerts to’ box. It is mandatory to provide an email address while generating the SFTP credentials for getting the alerts. 

Click on ‘Save’ to complete the process. In case you click on ‘Save’ without entering an email id, a ‘warming sign’ will show up.
