What's New: Navigating the Upgraded Birdeye Experience

The Birdeye experience has been redesigned to be more intuitive and streamlined for managing Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience. The updated interface uses a cleaner layout, easier-to-navigate panels, more relevant KPIs, and a more outcome-focused overview, making it easier to see what matters and how your locations are performing.

This article covers what changed, where existing controls moved, and what new sections are available so you can quickly get oriented in the updated experience.

NOTE:

The new Birdeye experience became the default for all accounts on October 1, 2026, replacing the classic experience. If you're used to the classic layout, the sections below map old controls to their new locations.
