Workflow Analytics and Reporting provides visibility into how your automated workflows are performing. It helps you track key metrics related to every trigger and action outcome across each step of a workflow. With flexible time filters and detailed reports, you can quickly identify what’s working, optimize underperforming steps, and make data-driven decisions to improve automation effectiveness.
Navigation
Go to ‘Marketing Automation AI’ in the left navigation rail.
From the Saved tab, select the workflow you want to view analytics and reports for.
Analytics
Enable the Analytics toggle in the top-right corner and select the desired time range to filter the data.
You can view analytics for each trigger and action within a workflow. Since this workflow contains a trigger and an action, the analytics show up for both the nodes. In this case, metrics such as contacts enrolled, open rate, and click rate are displayed. The available analytics vary depending on the type of trigger & actions configured in the workflow.
This example shows analytics for a workflow with multiple actions, where performance metrics are displayed individually for each action.

Email delivery by status provides a breakdown of emails based on their delivery outcome—Delivered, Scheduled, and Failed. This report helps you quickly assess delivery success and identify any sending issues within the selected time range.
Email funnel performance by status shows how contacts progress through each stage of the email journey—from Delivered to Opened, Clicked, and survey completion. It helps you understand drop-offs at each step and evaluate overall engagement and conversion across the workflow.
Email funnel performance by location breaks down email activity and engagement metrics—such as Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, and Survey completion—by business location. This helps you compare performance across locations and identify which locations are driving stronger engagement or need optimization.
Email recipient activity provides a contact-level view of how individual recipients interacted with workflow emails. It shows the customer name, associated location, current status (such as Delivered, Clicked, or Survey completed), and the most recent activity date, helping you track engagement and troubleshoot delivery issues at a granular level.
Reports vary based on the workflow type and the actions configured within it. To explore analytics for workflows with multiple actions, use the Workflow dropdown to switch to a different workflow and view the corresponding reports for each step.
