Listings Reports help you measure how your business performs across listing platforms and locations. These reports are designed to show how visible your listings are, how users interact with them, and how effectively those views turn into actions.
Listings Reports include two report types:
All Sites report, which provides rolled-up performance insights across all supported listing platforms.
Individual site reports, which provide platform-specific insights for Google, Facebook, Bing, Apple, and Yelp.
Across these reports, you can analyze four core performance stages:
Accuracy, which shows how complete and consistent your listings are.
Impressions, which show how often your listings are seen.
Engagement, which shows how users interact with your listings.
Conversion, which shows how effectively listing views turn into actions.
These reports help businesses monitor listing health, identify visibility trends, improve local SEO performance, and make better optimization decisions across locations.

Navigating to Listings Reports
Go to ‘Listings AI.’
Click ‘Reports,’ and select ‘All sites.’

The All Sites report gives you a combined view of listing performance across all supported platforms and locations. It helps you understand overall trends in listing accuracy, visibility, user activity, and conversion.

The Accuracy tab shows how complete and consistent your listings are across platforms. It helps identify missing fields, inaccurate business details, and opportunities to improve listing quality.

What is Profile Completeness
Profile Completeness by Site breaks down profile completeness across platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, and Yelp.
Use this section to identify missing or inconsistent data that may affect your local search performance and visibility.
The bar graph shows the monthly trend in profile completeness over the past 12 months.
In the example, profile completeness has been fairly consistent, ranging from 75% to 83%, with a current average of 79%.
What is Profile Completeness by Site?
Profile Completeness by Site breaks down profile completeness for each supported platform, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, and Yelp.
Use this section to identify which sites have missing profile fields and may need updates.
What is Field Accuracy?
Field accuracy shows how accurately core business information appears across listing sites. This includes fields such as business name, address, phone number, and other essential listing details.
A higher field accuracy percentage means your core business data is more consistent across platforms. Use this section to monitor whether listing data remains aligned over time.
The graph shows a consistent trend over time, with the current average accuracy at 87%.
Values like 90% or above indicate a healthy level of field consistency across platforms.
What is Field Accuracy by Site?
Field Accuracy by Site shows field accuracy for each listing platform.
Use this section to identify which sites have more mismatched or inconsistent business information so you can audit and correct those listings.
What is Field Health?
Field health represents the percentage of monitored fields that are accurately synced with listings.
This section typically helps you review:
The field name
The percentage of accuracy for that field
How many fields are being monitored
How many fields are synced
Whether any fields were submitted manually
Use this section to identify which listing fields need attention. For example, if hours, phone number, or business name have lower field health, those fields may need to be corrected or re-synced.
What is Field Health by Site?
Field Health by Site analyzes how individual fields are performing across major listing sites:
Google
Facebook
Apple
Bing
Use this section to compare field-level performance by site, identify where missing or outdated information may be affecting listing quality and discoverability.
Customize All Sites Reports
You can customize reports across the All Sites report and individual site reports.
To personalize the report, click the time period or the customize icon.
The available options include:
Chart style
You can switch between available report display formats, such as Chart and Table, depending on the section.
Displayed by
Use the Display by dropdown to change how data is grouped over time, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly, where supported.
Filters
You can apply filters such as:
All locations, to view selected locations
Report period, to view data for a selected time range
Compare data to compare reports by date or by location
Click Update at the bottom right corner to apply your changes.
NOTE:
Chart style, display options (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), filters, and data comparison are available across all sections and tabs under ‘All sites’ and individual reports—Google, Facebook, Bing, Apple, and Yelp.
Impressions in the All Sites Report
The Impressions tab shows how often your business listings are seen across platforms and locations. An impression is counted when your business listing appears in search results or listing views.

What are Total Impressions?
Total Impressions shows the overall number of times your listings appeared across all locations and supported platforms during the selected time period.
Use this section to track overall visibility trends and measure whether your listings are reaching more users over time.
At the top, you’ll see a month-over-month trend chart showcasing total impressions across all locations. For example, over the past 12 months, there has been a steady rise, peaking in January with 1.1 million impressions. Overall, the total impressions reached 9.7 million, marking a significant +93.6% increase year-over-year. This visualization helps you easily track growth in listing visibility.
What are Total Impressions by Site?
Total impressions by Site breaks down listing visibility by platform, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Bing, and Yelp.
Use this section to identify which platforms are contributing the most to your overall visibility.
What are Total Impressions by Location?
Total Impressions by Location shows the number of impressions generated by each location.
Use this section to identify top-performing locations, compare location-level visibility, and find locations that may need optimization.
Engagement in the All Sites Report
The Engagement tab shows how users interact with your business listings. These actions can include website clicks, calls, direction requests, and other listing-level interactions that reflect user interest and intent.

What are Total User Actions?
Total user actions show the total number of engagement actions users took across all listings during the selected time period.
Use this section to monitor how user activity is changing over time and whether listing optimizations are driving more actions.
You’ll view a month-wise bar graph of total user actions. In the example below, over the past 12 months, listings drove 480.9K total user actions, showing a +13.5% increase year over year. The steady month-to-month growth, especially in the first quarter of 2025, signals strong user interest and effective listing optimization.
What is User Engagement by Site?
User engagement by site shows which listing platforms are generating the most user actions.
Use this section to compare engagement across sites and identify which platforms are driving the highest-value interactions.
In the image below, Google is the dominant contributor with 417,392 user actions (+4.4%). Apple shows 60,908 actions, a significant +171% increase. Bing and Yelp contributed 1,874 and 704 actions, respectively, with Bing also seeing a strong +48.3% uplift.
What is User Engagement by Location?
User engagement by location shows which locations are receiving the most user interactions from listings.
Use this section to identify high-performing locations and locations that may need better listing content, more complete data, or stronger optimization.
Conversion in the All Sites Report
The Conversion tab shows how effectively listing visibility turns into meaningful user actions. It combines impression data and engagement data to help you understand how well your listings convert views into actions.

What is Conversion Rate?
Conversion rate shows the percentage of listing impressions that resulted in user actions, such as calls, website clicks, or direction requests.
Use this section to evaluate how effectively your listings drive action after being viewed.
You’ll view a 12-month bar chart showing monthly conversion rate trends. Over the last year, listings achieved a total conversion rate of 23.9%, reflecting a +2.4% increase from the previous period. This improvement is driven by:
2M total impressions (+2.1%)
480.9K user actions (+13.5%)
The highest conversion rate peak occurred in October 2024 at 25.7%, while the lowest was in January 2025 at 22.2%, still maintaining a strong conversion baseline throughout.
What is Conversion Rate by Site?
Conversion rate by site shows how efficiently each listing platform converts visibility into user actions.
Use this section to compare platform performance and identify where your listings are most effective at driving engagement.
What is Conversion by Location?
Conversion by location shows which business locations are turning listing views into user actions most effectively.
Use this section to identify strong-performing locations and locations that may benefit from listing improvements.
Individual Site Reports
In addition to the All Sites report, Listings Reports also includes platform-specific reports for individual listing sites.

Google Report
To open the Google report, click Google in the left navigation rail.
The Google report includes the following tabs:

These tabs help you analyze how your listings perform across Google Search and Google Maps.
Google Appearance Report
The Appearance tab shows how often your listings appear on Google Search and Google Maps. It helps you track listing visibility trends and understand which keywords are helping users discover your business.
What is Appearances over time?
Appearances over time shows how often your listings appeared in Google results during the selected time period.
Use this section to track visibility trends and evaluate whether your Google listing presence is improving over time.
NOTE:
New customers can access data up to 14 months prior to their onboarding date, while long-time customers can access data from as far back as November 2021.
What are Keywords Triggering Appearances?
Keywords triggering appearances shows which search terms are helping users find your business on Google.
Use this section to understand which keywords are driving visibility so you can refine your local SEO strategy and listing content.
Google Ranking Report
The Ranking tab shows how your business locations rank for selected keywords across Google Search and Maps.
You can choose up to 10 keywords to track, and at least one keyword must be selected to generate ranking insights.
The Ranking report helps categorize locations into the following groups:
High-ranking locations, with an average keyword rank below 5
Medium-ranking locations, with an average rank between 5 and 10
Low-ranking locations, with an average rank above 10
Not tracking, when the Google page is disconnected, opted out, has no keywords configured, the listing is not synced or fixed, the business is a service area business, or the report generation is in progress.
What is Locations Ranked Over Time?
Locations ranked over time shows the percentage of locations that rank in positions 1 through 10 on Google Maps over time.
Use this section to track whether more of your locations are ranking for selected keywords and to identify trends in local SEO visibility.
When you hover over a month, the report also shows keyword-level ranking performance for that period.
What is Location Distribution by Keyword Rank?
Location distribution by keyword rank shows how your locations are distributed across ranking groups for each keyword.
This section groups ranking performance into:
Rank 1–3
Rank 4–10
Rank 10+
Use this section to understand how well each keyword performs across your locations.
For example, the keyword Home Health near me shows that 33.3% of locations rank in the top 3, while 29.3% are in ranks 4–10, 21.2% are in rank 10+, whereas 59.3% not tracking.
What is Keywords Ranked over Time?
Keywords ranked over time shows how many keywords your business ranked for over time, grouped by rank tier.
Use this section to monitor keyword performance trends month by month and see whether more keywords are moving into stronger ranking positions.
What is Keywords Ranked by Location?
Keywords Ranked by Location shows how each location performs for the selected keywords.
For each location, rankings are split into the following groups:
Rank 1–3
Rank 4–10
Rank 10+
Use this section to identify which locations are ranking strongly and which locations may need additional keyword optimization.
View a Detailed Ranking Report for a Location
To view a detailed report for a specific location, click the location name.
A detailed location page opens where you can manage keywords and review keyword ranking data for that location.
Click Manage keywords at the top right to update the tracked keywords.
A drawer opens on the right side, and you can add up to 10 keywords in total. Since nine keywords are already present, you can add one more to generate the keyword ranking report based on the keywords that you have added. Click ‘Save’ to proceed.
NOTE:
You can configure keywords and search radius for each location from the ‘Settings’ tab in the left navigation rail. This functionality is covered in detail in the Settings section below.
What is Keyword Ranking Summary?
Keyword ranking summary shows the average rank for the business across all configured keyword sets.
Use this section to monitor ranking changes, review the number of tracked keywords, and evaluate the average keyword rank.
What is Average Local SEO Ranking?
Average Local SEO Ranking shows a grid view of business rank for the selected keyword and time period.
Use this section to see how your business ranks across the local area for a specific keyword and search radius.
The image below displays an average rank of #1 for the keyword ‘Hospice’ during the month of July, showing data for a 5 mile radius.
You can change the keyword and month from the dropdown menus to analyze a different view.
This report also helps you compare your ranking against competitors for the selected keyword and time period.
Compare Your Rank Against Competitors
If multiple ranking positions appear across the grid, click a number on the grid to compare your performance with nearby competitors.
Scroll down, and if no competitor ranks above you for the selected keyword, an image will appear indicating that you’re doing great, as shown below.
If competitors rank above, you will view a list of competitors that rank higher than you for the selected keyword, as shown below.
What is Average Keyword Rank Changes?
Average keyword rank changes show how keyword rankings change over time for the selected keyword.
Use this section to analyze ranking movement and track long-term SEO performance trends.
You can also switch to a race chart view and select a time period such as 6 months or 12 months, where supported.
Before we continue with the Impressions, Engagement, and Conversion tabs under Google, let’s first dive into the Settings tab (below) to understand how to configure keywords and search radius.
Keywords and Search Radius Settings
Before continuing with Google Impressions, Engagement, and Conversion, you can use the Settings tab to configure keywords and search radius.
Click Settings in the left navigation rail.
The Settings section includes two tabs:
Keywords
Search radius
Keywords Settings
The Keywords section allows you to add, edit, delete, and map keywords for your business locations.
You can view configured keywords in two ways:
By keywords, which shows each keyword and the locations linked to it
By location, which shows each location and the keywords assigned to it
Managing keywords helps improve how your listings appear for relevant local search queries across platforms such as Google, Yelp, Bing, and Apple.
By Keywords
The By keywords tab provides a centralized view of all configured keywords.
Each row typically shows:
keyword name
Number of linked locations
Creation date
Last updated date
You can take the following actions here:
Add a New Keyword
Click Add keyword.
Enter the keyword, then use the Select locations field to assign it to one or more locations.
Click Save to add the keyword.
NOTE:
Each location can have a maximum of 10 keywords assigned.
You can confirm the update on the ‘By keywords’ page, where the changes will be reflected.
Bulk Update Keywords
To apply multiple keywords across different locations at once:
Click Actions, then select Bulk update keywords.
Click ‘existing keywords’ to download the template file.
Open the downloaded spreadsheet. It includes columns such as:
Location ID
Alias Name
Keyword 1 through Keyword 10
Locate the row for the location you want to update and enter the new keyword in the next available keyword column.
In this example, find Bluebird Health, which is on row 8. Scroll to the keyword columns in that row. The first four keyword columns are already filled. Go to the next empty column—Keyword 5 in this case. Enter the new keyword into that cell.
For example: type ‘Palliative Care’ under Keyword 5 for Bluebird Health and save the file. You can enter relevant keywords for multiple locations to bulk update.
IMPORTANT:
Do not delete or rename any columns in the template. Removing a column will result in permanent deletion of the associated keyword across all listed locations.
Return to the platform and upload the updated file and click ‘Next.’
Click ‘Start import.’
The import has started and you can return to the keywords page.
As you notice, the keyword ‘Pallative Care’ has been successfully updated.
Edit or Delete a Keyword
To edit or delete a keyword, hover over the keyword row, click Actions, and choose either:
Edit, to map the keyword to additional locations.
Delete, to remove the keyword from all mapped locations.
When you click Edit, a drawer opens on the right. Use the Locations field to assign the keyword to additional locations, then click Save.
By Location
The By location view displays a list of all your business locations along with their associated keywords. For each location, you’ll see:
The list of keywords mapped to it.
The number of keywords (out of the maximum 10 allowed).
The last updated date for keyword updates at that location.
Hover over the location row and click ‘Manage keywords.’
A drawer opens on the right. You can add new keywords, remove existing keywords, and click Save when finished.
NOTE:
A maximum of 10 keywords per location is allowed. A counter below the input box will help you track how many keywords are left.
Search Radius Settings
The Search radius section allows you to define the geographic range used to measure ranking performance against nearby competitors.
You can set a search radius of up to 100 miles per location.
On this page, you can view:
Location name
Search radius in miles
Last updated date
Updated by (if available)
Edit Radius For a Location
To update the radius for a specific location, hover over the three-dot menu in the location row and click Edit radius.
In the popup, enter the new radius in miles (up to 100). Click ‘Save’ to apply changes.
NOTE:
The search radius will be updated in the next scheduled monthly SEO report.
Bulk Update Radius
To update the radius for multiple locations at once:
Click 'Bulk update' at the top right.
Select the locations to update and click ‘Update radius.’
Enter the desired search radius and click ‘Save.’
Search radius will be updated for the number of selected locations in the next monthly schedule.
Google Impressions Report
Now, returning to Google reports — let’s explore the next tab: Impressions.
The Impressions tab in the Google report shows how often your business listings appear on Google Search and Google Maps.
It helps you understand visibility across devices and locations.

What are Total Impressions in the Google Report?
Total Impressions shows the overall number of times your Google listings appeared during the selected time period.

This section gives an overview of total, mobile, and desktop impressions over time.
The bar graph is color-segmented:
Blue: Mobile impressions
Dark Blue: Desktop impressions
You can hover over any month to view exact monthly counts.
Device-specific growth or decline percentages are also provided to indicate trends compared to the previous period.
What are Impressions by Location in the Google Report?
Impressions by Location shows how many impressions each business location generated on Google.
Use this section to identify locations gaining visibility and locations that may need optimization.
Lists your top-performing and underperforming locations based on impression count.
The table includes:

Mobile Impressions shows how many impressions came from mobile devices.

What is Mobile Impressions by Location?
Mobile Impressions by Location ranks locations based on mobile visibility.

The image below shows monthly volume along with a percentage increase or decrease.
A 12-month trendline helps you understand web traffic patterns.
What are Direction Requests in the Google Report?
Direction requests shows how many users requested directions from your Google listing.
This insight helps gauge physical foot traffic intent.
A decline here could indicate a need to optimize local presence or update business hours and details.
What are Calls in the Google Report?
Calls shows how many users tapped to call your business directly from your Google listing.
This is especially important for service-based businesses.
Tracks monthly volume and provides insights into call trends over time.

The Conversion tab shows how effectively your Google listings turn views into actions.
It compares impressions with engagement actions to measure listing performance.
