Supported Integration Triggers for Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) Integration:
Appointment created or updated in Microsoft Outlook - Activate this trigger to automatically sync details of appointments created or updated in Microsoft Outlook to Birdeye, and to sync cancellations or confirmations from Birdeye to Microsoft Outlook.
Appointment created or updated in Birdeye - Activate this trigger to automatically sync appointment details created or updated in Birdeye to Microsoft Outlook.
Add newly received email sender details - Activate this trigger to automatically add the contact details of newly received email senders from Microsoft Outlook to Birdeye.
New contact added - Activate this trigger to automatically add new and existing customers’ contact details from Microsoft Outlook to Birdeye.
Navigating to Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) CRM
Log in to the Birdeye dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations > All Apps. Select Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) CRM to connect. The screen provides integration benefits, pricing, and details on compatibility. When you click the 'View Setup Guide' tab, it will redirect you to this article for detailed step-by-step instructions.
How to Connect
Step 1: Authorize
Click 'Connect Now' → 'Authorize' → enter your email and click 'Next' → enter your password and click 'Sign In.' Once connected, click 'Next' to proceed.
Handy Tip: If you want to integrate more than one Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) account with Birdeye, click 'Add more account' and follow the same steps to authorize it. SMB customers who have purchased only one Birdeye location are limited to integrating only one account.
Step 2: Map Locations
After authorizing the CRM, you can now map locations.
NOTE:
Enterprise customers with one or more locations must map their Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) account email to Birdeye locations.
SMB customers with a single location can skip this step.
Once mapped, click 'Next' to continue.
Step 3: Select Triggers
Check the box to select your preferred triggers, as shown in the image below. After making your selection, click 'Done.' Once triggers are saved, details will start syncing between Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) and Birdeye.
A toast message will appear on the screen saying, 'Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Outlook) successfully connected.' You can now build automated campaigns for reviews, surveys, and referrals, or any other custom campaigns, by clicking the 'Go to Campaigns' option or skipping it.
