Set Up Brand Identity
Click Create new to create a new Brand Identity profile.
Select the location(s) where you want the Brand Identity to apply, then click Next.
Configure Brand Identity
Under the Brand Identity tab, the first section is Sources. Enter your Company URL in the first field, upload a PDF, or click Text to paste content that represents your brand. BirdAI analyzes the provided source and automatically generates a comprehensive brand profile, including your brand voice, personality, tone, and writing style, logos, fonts, and brand colors.
For instance, click ‘text’ and a drawer opens on the right side. Enter or paste a sample text reference of your brand voice and click ‘Submit.’
Brand Personality
The BirdAI analyzes your brand personality and tags the emotional traits your brand reflects. Brand personality refers to the human characteristics and emotional qualities your brand regularly expresses. For example, Apple is often associated with traits such as innovation, minimalism, confidence, elegance, and exclusivity, while Nike embodies boldness, competitiveness, empowerment, and inspiration.
You can remove existing tags by clicking the cross (X) icon and manually add desired tags from the dropdown menu to align with your brand personality.
NOTE:
If the Professional tag is selected, the Playful tag cannot be enabled simultaneously as part of the brand personality.

Brand Tone and Writing Style
Brand tone and writing style are applied to generating social posts, review replies, and review widget summaries.
Brand tone refers to how your brand communicates across different situations.
For example:
Apple: Simple, Aspirational, Authoritative
Nike: Raw, Persuasive, Motivational
You can view the ‘Tone and writing style’ traits that have been tagged. Similar to ‘Brand personality,’ you can remove existing tags and manually add desired tags from the dropdown menu to better align with your brand’s tone and writing style.
NOTE:
If the ‘Formal’ tag is selected, the ‘Humorous’ and ‘Casual’ tags cannot be enabled simultaneously as part of the tone and writing style.
Preview

To add a new logo, click the + icon and upload the desired image.
Use the background dropdown to select whether the logo should be displayed on a Light background or Dark background.
