There are times when you would like to get instant feedback while the customer is still at your office or store. Getting a customer to provide feedback on 3rd party sites like Google or Facebook, while he may be logged on to the free Wi-Fi at your office, is a complete no-go! Review sites flag reviews written from the same IP address, and hence, this should be avoided. However, you can still get your customers to provide actionable feedback on the Birdeye platform.

Simply bookmark the 'Write a review' link on an iPad or any other device in your front office or waiting area. Treat this as a 'Mobile Kiosk' and guide your customers to leave feedback on the device. The reviews left by customers show up as Birdeye certified reviews.

If you're a single-location user, you can locate the 'Write a review' link by clicking the square icon in the top right corner of the header panel and selecting 'Write a Review.'

A new tab will open in the customer’s browser, prompting them to rate your business on a scale of 1–5 stars. After selecting a rating, they can click Next to proceed.

They will then be directed to a new screen where they can write about their experience and click Submit to complete the review.

Remember to bookmark this link on your web browser to solicit new reviews from the customers. To bookmark the link, click on the 'Star' icon located on the extreme right of the address bar on your Mac or Windows device. To save your selection, you can click on the 'Done' button.

If you're a multilocation or an enterprise-level user, go to 'Settings' and click 'Business.'

Select the desired business location.

Locate the 'Write a review' link by clicking the square icon in the top right corner of the header panel and selecting 'Write a Review' in the business profile page.
