In partnership with Google, Birdeye fetches Google reviews using the Google API and makes them available under a new 'Google Reviews' tab on your business review profile. All the Google reviews are fetched in the order of relevance and are not filtered using star ratings or review content.

The new 'Google Reviews' tab is next to the 'Reviews' tab on your business review profile.

If you no longer wish to display Google reviews on your review profile, you can do so within your Birdeye account. Here is how:

Log in to your Birdeye account, and go to the 'Settings' tab and click 'Business.'

Select the desired business location for which you want to disable the Google Reviews tab.

In the business profile page, scroll down to the 'Microsite listing' section and click the gear icon.

Toggle the switch to disable the 'Display Google Reviews' option and click 'Save' in the top right corner.
