How do I allow my customers to request a callback using direct feedback?

As a business, you can allow your customers to request a callback while they leave direct feedback for your business. This helps you understand their concern interactively and provides them with a better resolution. When your customer enables a callback request and submits direct feedback, you will get an email notification with the customer's request for a callback.

You can configure the callback option on the 'Feedback page' while customizing your review request or customer experience templates. After enabling the 'Show callback option,' you can configure a 'Callback message' for the customer.

Once the customer clicks on the 'Contact Us Directly' button, the 'I would like to be contacted' box will be visible at the bottom.

After the customer checks the box and submits the direct feedback, you will get an email regarding the request.
