What is a 'No Follow' tag?
A 'No Follow' tag is appended to a hyperlink on an HTML page that helps instruct search engines not to follow any outgoing or 3rd party links. It also allows webmasters to control if search engines follow a specific link or not. Without a 'No Follow' tag, search engine crawler will be redirected to a 3rd party link as soon it encounters the link on the page.
Why is it on my Birdeye business profile?
Birdeye adds a 'No Follow' tag for a 3rd party to boost search engine optimization (SEO) rankings and provide maximum SEO juice to the business profiles. A 'No Follow' tag doesn't impact the user experience of a visitor on the business profile, but only guides the search engines to run through the entire page.
