I am not receiving email alerts. How do I fix this?

As a business owner registered with Birdeye, you can easily manage email notification settings from within your dashboard. Birdeye gives you the ability to manage notifications for different review sites and gives you the flexibility to set filters for each type of notification.

To turn on email notifications, click on the profile icon on the top right corner of your Birdeye dashboard. From the drop-down menu, select the 'Notifications' option.

Now on the pop-up page, you will see a list of businesses that you are associated with. You can view notifications from the check-marks indicating 'Yes' or 'No'. Click on the 'Edit your notifications' button to begin modifying the settings. 

On the next page, select the account that you wish to edit notifications for and click on the 'Edit notifications' button. 

You can now scroll down to sections to add or edit notifications. These sections are Review Emails, Review SMS, Social Emails, Ticketing Emails, Survey Emails and Webchat Emails. Each category will display options on when you wish to be alerted.

Review emails display notifications that can be sent out Instantly, Daily or Weekly. If you wish to receive the reviews 'Daily' as a daily digest, you can select a 'Custom' time from the drop-down menu. If you choose a weekly digest, you can select a day and time for the same.

Time options provided within the account are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST)

You can customize alerts based on star ratings. You can customize the rating threshold for which you want to receive alerts.

You can also select review sites for which you want to receive alerts for. You have the option to select one, few or all review sites from the drop-down menu. 

After you have customized your review alerts settings, click on the 'Save' button on the bottom right to apply the changes.
