How to block, unblock, and view communication history via Inbox?
Birdeye enables you to block, unblock, and view the communication history of contact via Inbox.
Block Contacts via Inbox
STEP 1: On the left navigation rail, click 'Inbox' and select the desired contact you wish to block, hover over the name of the contact, and click on the 'Pencil' icon.
STEP 2: Once you click 'Edit', on the next screen click on the 'Block' button on the right top corner of the screen.
STEP 3: Click 'Confirm' to block the communication with the contact.
You are notified instantly once the person is blocked as the image suggests below.
Users can also block and mark a conversation as spam.
STEP 1: Go to that conversation in your inbox and click on ‘Actions’ and select ‘Block and mark as spam.’
STEP 2: Click 'Confirm' to block communication with the contact.

Unblock Contacts via Inbox
STEP 1: Under the spam folder, click on the conversation and hover over the name of the contact, and click on the 'Pencil' icon.
STEP 2: Click 'Unblock' on the top right of the screen.
You are notified instantly on the Inbox home page once the person is unblocked as the image suggests below.
Users can view blocked communications within the spam folder and unblock and mark them as not spam. This will send the conversation back to the main Inbox.
Go to the conversation in the spam category in your Birdeye inbox, click on the ‘Not spam’ button on the top right corner or ‘Unblock and mark as not spam,’ and then ‘OK’ to unblock and unmark the contact/conversation as spam.

View Communication History
A user can view the communication history of a contact consisting of details such as when was the contact blocked, unblocked, opted in, opted out, etc.
To view the communication history, go to the 'Inbox' home screen and select the desired contact, hover over the name of the contact, and click 'View communication history.'
