How do I read and respond to reviews that are not in English?

To translate reviews and responses using BirdAI, follow these steps:
Step 1- Login into your Birdeye account. Go to the ‘Reviews’ tab in the left navigation rail.
Step 2- If you find a review in a language that is not in English, you can click on ‘Translate to English’ and you should be able to see the translated version of the review in English.
Step 3- To switch back to the original language, Click on ‘View original’ option.
To translate your response in the reviewer’s language,
Step 1- Type the response in the review reply text box or generate a response using AI. To know how, refer to the help center article: How do I respond to reviews using BirdAI?
Step 2- Click the ‘AI’ icon and select ‘Translate to French.’
Step 3- After clicking ‘Translate to French,’ the text starts getting translated. Once done, click ‘Post reply’ to post a reply in the reviewer’s language.
In case you do not translate the reply to the reviewer’s language, you get an alert before the reply gets posted. This is to ensure that you have not skipped the translation by mistake. You can still proceed to post without translating.
